The Wynfield HOA works closely with Hawthorne Management Company and we use their services for many of our annual logistics and financials.

You can visit their site online at www.hawthornemgmt.com That said, all homeowner forms for Wynfield are located on this site at http://mywynfield.com/hoa-forms/. Homeowners have three options for paying their homeowner assessments:

  1. By mail – residents receive a bill in the Fall and Spring for the semi-annual assessment.
  2. Automatic Debit – Hawthorne Management Company also offers a payment option that will automatically debit your bank account for your homeowner association assessments on the 5th business day of the month in which your association dues are payable (no extra charge.) The association debit will be the same amount each billing month. The amount of debit will only change, if and when, your homeowner association dues change. This payment plan is only offered to homeowners who are current with their dues.  To activate this automatic debit plan, complete the Automatic Debit Payment Form (available at hawthornemgmt.com) and send a voided check to: Hawthorne Management Company Attn: Accounts Receivable, P.O. Box 11906, Charlotte, NC 28220-1906
  3. Homeowner assessments can be paid via Hawthorne’s Web site, using credit card or electronic check, but please be advised there is a $9.95 convenience fee for the service.
